A paper check can be mailed or dropped off on or before the first of the month to the office.  If you are unsure of the mailing address, please let us know and we will happily help you.

Cozy

If you are interested in paying rent online, your unit can be set up on Cozy. Payments can be scheduled monthly so you're never let or they can be paid when you want to. Pay with your checking account for free, or with a credit or debit card for a small fee (2.75% per transaction). If you are interested, let us know and we will help set you up with an account.

PayPal

How to send money with PayPal

You can send money in 203 markets and 26 currencies where PayPal is available. PayPal keeps your information secure and handle the currency conversions. Send and receive safely over borders and language barriers.  All you need is your recipient's email address - ours is info@creativedevco.com.

Sending money through PayPal is safer than carrying cash or exposing your financial information, and every eligible transaction is protected by advanced encryption and 24-hour fraud monitoring. All of your credit card and bank account information remains private.

Send money for goods or services

To pay for goods or services, log in to your PayPal account, click Send Money under “Tools,” select Pay for goods or services and follow the directions. We'll send an email alerting the recipient of the payment. They'll receive their money as soon as they log into their PayPal account. If they don't have a PayPal account yet, they can sign up with the email address where the payment notification was received.

When you send money, we use your PayPal balance first. If you don’t have enough money in your PayPal balance, we’ll use the payment method you select.

If you want to send money on the go, you can use the PayPal Mobile app and PayPal Here app on your smartphone. Enter the recipient's mobile number or email address and a payment amount. We'll send an email or text message telling them they have a payment waiting. SMS and text messaging fees may apply.
