Q1: How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on or before the first of the month. Rent can be paid online or by paper check. Paper checks can be dropped off or mailed. Please contact the management office if you need assistance with the mailing address for paper checks. If you are interested in paying rent online, your unit can be set up on Cozy. Payments can be scheduled monthly so you're never let or they can be paid when you want to. Pay with your checking account for free, or with a credit or debit card for a small fee (2.75% per transaction). If you are interested, let us know and we will help set you up with an account.
Q2: How can I get a copy of my lease?
Please email email@example.com or call the office at 617-670-3470. We will provide you with an additional copy of your lease.
Q3: My heating/lighting/etc. is not working, who do I contact?
If the maintenance issue is not an emergency, please contact the management office or submit a maintenance request online. If the maintenance request is an emergency, please call Charlotte at 617-799-4760, Chuck at 508-509-5263, or the local authorities at 911.
If you decide to bring a dog to the property, please immediately pick up after it. Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be hazardous to the health of members of the community and other pets. One of the most common forms of disease transmission between dogs is through fecal matter. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly. Please ensure the dog is not a distraction to other tenants.
